SiNIX is growing and we are looking for a Manager for SiNIX Flow who wants to combine business development, recruitment, and people leadership in a fast-moving consulting environment. This role is for someone who enjoys working close to both customers and people — building strong teams while driving business forward.

Together with our clients, we build high-performing teams within software development, platform engineering, and modern infrastructure. Your Role
As a Manager at SiNIX Flow, you take a central role in building and developing our consulting business. You will work across sales, recruitment, and consultant leadership — with the opportunity to shape the role based on your strengths.

At its core, this is a role for someone who wants to take ownership of a segment, build relationships, and ensure that both clients and consultants succeed.

You will work with:

• Driving sales and building long-term client relationships

• Understanding customer needs and translating them into team and competence needs

• Recruiting and onboarding new consultants

• Leading and developing consultants (performance, growth, well-being)

• Managing consultant assignments, follow-ups, and overall delivery quality

• Working with forecasting, planning, and basic personnel administrative processes and tasks

• Structuring, documenting, and continuously improving how we work

• Contributing to the overall growth and direction of SiNIX Flow

What We Look For
We believe you have a technical foundation combined with experience from roles where you have handled complex and multifaceted responsibilities, might have been as an Account Manager, Consultant Manager, Business Manager, Product owner/Project Manager, Technical lead or Team lead.

We expect:

• A couple of years’ experience from a leadership role (formal or informal)

• Experience working in dynamic environments, preferably from smaller companies or consulting businesses

• A technical background within software development, infrastructure, integration, CI/CD, test automation, platform engineering, devops or similar

• Experience in recruitment and/or sales

• Ability to understand both business needs and technical contexts
